Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, or any related course
  2. With at least 2–3 years of experience as a Branch Officer-in-Charge, Supervisor, or similar leadership role (experience in an aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or healthcare clinic is an advantage)
  3. Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills
  4. Knowledgeable in branch operations, sales monitoring, inventory control, and basic financial reporting
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Able to handle client concerns, staff performance, and daily operational issues professionally
  7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  8. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
  9. Willing to work on a flexible or shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
  10. Willing to be assigned to any Noah and Eve Aesthetic Clinic branch as required
