Branch Operations Associate

The Regional Branch Operations Associate will handle operational efficiency, achievement of sales targets, and adherence to organizational standards. This position will also assist in managing the personnel, client relationships, and branch documentation to support smooth and profitable operations.
What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?
Sales & Client Relationship Management: Drive branch revenue by managing inquiries across social media, email, and phone; conduct on-site ocular inspections for large-scale projects (200sqm+) and maintain long-term client retention through proactive follow-ups.
End-to-End Operational Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for branch operations, supervising daily dispatch, driver routes, and crew assignments while managing petty cash and escalating critical issues to regional management.
