The Branch Operations Manager is a pivotal talent leader who shapes the foundation of branch excellence. Joining the RBC Dominion Securities Management team in Oakville, the Branch Operations Manager supports the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams while building a talent-focused, compliant, and efficient operation.
