The Branch Operations Manager is a pivotal talent leader who shapes the foundation of branch excellence. As a critical bridge between leadership and high-performing teams, this role directly influences culture, retention, and team capability. Joining the RBC Dominion Securities Management team in Oakville, the Branch Operations Manager supports the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams while building a talent-focused, compliant, and efficient operation.
