Branch Operations Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

Act as a Chief Control Steward of the Branch, in-charge of the overall execution, supervision and management of operational flow and efficient service delivery in the branch of assignment, either temporary or on permanent basis, with emphasis in the observance and compliance of regulations whether internal or external, bank policies, procedures and the code of ethics.

Job Description:

• ensures the avoidance of monetary losses and/or penalties by imposing strict adherence to internal and regulatory policies, procedures and control mechanisms, with utmost accuracy and timeliness
