As the on-site leader, the City Lead drives operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey within their city, acting as the bridge between global standards and local execution.
**The Role**
The BOS has full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of a city depot. While remaining strongly hands-on (60-70%), this role carries clear managerial and financial ownership.
