1.Drive overall branch sales performance and achieve monthly targets
Manage sales operations for cars 

2.Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for better performance

3.Develop local market strategies to increase customer reach and revenue

4.Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and finance partners

5.Monitor daily showroom activities and branch profitability
