Branch Sales Supervisor

Responsible for leading and supervising overall branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and growth.

Key Duties:

• Oversee inventory, fixed assets, and inter-branch transfers; ensure FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, safekeeping of funds, and timely liquidation of branch expenses.
• Ensure branch upkeep, security, proper documentation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor dealer management: onboarding, compliance, retention, RPO calls, and prize releases.
• Lead promotional activities, merchandising, and sales programs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Represent the branch in company initiatives, disputes, and cross-unit coordination.
