Branch Sales Supervisor

A. JOB PURPOSE

This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment, and onboarding of new dealers, maintaining and enhancing the relationships with the existing network of dealers of Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc (PCDSI). The primary objectives of this role are to expand the dealer network, ensure dealer satisfaction, foster loyalty among dealers, and drive sales growth.

B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dealer Recruitment

o Implements effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels.

o Implements recruitment-related Intentional Activities (IAs) according to set schedule and guidelines.

o Presents PCDSI's business model, products, and opportunities to potential dealers compellingly and persuasively.

• Relationship Management

o Builds and maintains strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect.
