Branch Service Ambassador

Job Description:

• Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt digital platforms and use cashless where applicable.
• Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products and services to suggest as alternative solutions to customers.
• Assist in customer's general enquiries and always ensure service delivery standard including attending service huddles with branch team.

Job Requirements:

• Customer centric
• Open to schedule as per assigned by supervisors during branch operation hour
• Willingness to be on your feet most of the time
