Branch Supervisor

• Supervises all store personnel and store operations
• Acts as a mentor to subordinates; trains and evaluates each employee's performance as is needed
• Implements all existing policies and guidelines, assists in informing all branch employees of new policies and guidelines
• Implements the imposition of disciplinary sanctions based on rules, regulations, policies approved by HR Supervisor
• Comes up with solutions for day-to-day issues in the branch
• Monitors expenses of the branch
• Records daily/monthly financial transactions of the branch, ensures accuracy of all journal book entries
• Prepares reports on collection as is needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Finance, Accounting or any equivalent course
• With at least 2 years of experience in retail supervisory positions or Accounting positions
• Willing to travel outside of branch for operation and collection support
