Branch Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

The Branch Supervisor is directly responsible and accountable for the daily supervision and overall performance of the assigned branch. The role ensures effective implementation of store operations standards, internal controls, and branch systems to achieve short- and long-term operational goals.

The Branch Supervisor plays a critical role in performance monitoring, operational compliance, KPI reporting, cost control, personnel development, and the effective execution of the Store Management System.

• Branch Operations Management
• Internal Control & Compliance
• Financial & Cost Management
• People Management & Development
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Systems & Process Implementation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year business course
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a similar industry.
