To provide high level of Customer Service within the store through effective management of people and ensuring maximum sales profitability.

Responsibilities

• Performs cashiering functions smoothly and in a standard manner.
• Performs and ensures accurate and regular physical count.
• Delivers high level of customer service to the internal and external customers at all times to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
• Implements display and visual merchandising to enhance sales at all times.
• Ensures budget for store is managed and that expenditure stays within agreed levels.
• Ensures store administration is carried out according to statutory procedure.
