Branch Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Education: Any college graduate (diverse fields of study are acceptable).

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in operations or branch management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or retail service industry.
• Proven track record in managing multiple locations or teams.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; able to act as a point of escalation above the OIC.
• Excellent operational and process management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff, clients, and management.
• Ability to analyze reports, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, inventory, and customer service excellence.
