Branch Supervisor

Position: Branch Supervisor
Department: Operations – Shichiryu Restaurant
Reports To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), especially food safety (e.g., siomai must only be steamed).
• Supervise daily branch operations, including staff performance, customer service, and product quality.
• Monitor equipment usage and report failures immediately.
• Document employee issues, enforce discipline, and escalate concerns to HR/Operations.
• Conduct regular team huddles and training refreshers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure corrective action.
• Maintain branch culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
