Job Description
Position: Branch Supervisor
Department: Operations – Shichiryu Restaurant
Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), especially food safety (e.g., siomai must only be steamed).
- Supervise daily branch operations, including staff performance, customer service, and product quality.
- Monitor equipment usage and report failures immediately.
- Document employee issues, enforce discipline, and escalate concerns to HR/Operations.
- Conduct regular team huddles and training refreshers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure corrective action.
- Maintain branch culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail.
- Strong leadership and accountability skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
