We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Branch Supervisor to lead our operations in Boracay. This role is responsible for overseeing branch activities, establishing local partnerships, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, operational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, transport groups, and LGUs to support Xpress services in Boracay.
• Implement and monitor adherence to standard operating procedures in collaboration with local stakeholders.

Training and Development

• Facilitate training for newly onboarded drivers/riders.
• Ensure all personnel are aligned with company values, policies, and operational standards.
