Branch Supervisors- Bacolod

Job Summary

Responsible for the supervision of branch operations which include customer service, extraction, imaging, and releasing of test results. Supervises reception, imaging staff and recommends various personnel actions including but not limited to hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers to other depts., and trainings. Performs staffing and shifting activities, ensures equitable distribution of workload and assignment

Qualification

• Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably with medical background
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in handling people.
• Must have experience in customer relations.
• Working in a retail company is a plus.
