1. Daily report for Incidents, SRs, Problems and Jira

2. Asset Management Dashboard

3. AD Hoc Reports

4. Desktop Patching Support

5. Manage Remedy Force Dashboards

6. Support Router / Switch Network hardware / software / telephony maintenance in branch

7. Vendor assistance for branch related IT activities

8. Coordination with vendor as needed

9. Work with technical teams to trouble shoot and find solutions for branch technical concerns

10. ITSD BAUs
