Job Summary

Brand Ambassador (part-time) – Lucid Motors. Participate in guest engagement at the Lucid studio, providing an outstanding customer experience and supporting vehicle sales. This part‑time position involves up to 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle general inquiries.


• Schedule test drives.


• Capture leads accurately in Salesforce CRM.


• Assess customer budget, preferences, and timeline to recommend suitable vehicles.


• Collect necessary customer information and refer high‑potential leads to Sales Specialists.


• Direct guests to the appropriate contacts.


• Develop deep knowledge of Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
