Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations, and answers to customer queries.
• Maintain and grow the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement, and regular communication with customers.
• Meets monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross‑selling of products.
• Process sales transactions.
• Maintain inventory and keep the sales floor organized, clean, and comfortable.
• Ensure customers are well‑informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
• With at least 2 years of college‑level education.
• With at least 1 year of retail experience. Experience in handling a luxury men’s brand is a plus.
