Position Summary

They are seeking a highly capable Brand & Growth Operator to own execution across product launches, category expansion, supply chain coordination, e-commerce, retail readiness, creative workflows, and internal operational systems.

While this role spans product, retail, e-commerce, and operations, the primary objective is building the brand into a category-defining, on-the-go oral care brand. This means prioritizing decisions that support long-term brand coherence, SKU ecosystem development, and scalable distribution. Vision and execution are both integral to this role.
