Position Title: Brand Category Lead
Job Grade: GG15
Job summary:
Develops the overall category plan by identifying opportunities, formulating strategies, and executing programs to achieve sales, CMAB, and market share targets within P&L commitments. Manages brand-related programs to ensure a seamless ABO/Customer experience and strengthen brand equity through awareness, activation, buyer growth, and community-building activities.
Primary roles and responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & ABO–Customer Brand Experience
Develops strategies and executes programs that enhance the overall ABO Brand Experience.
Drives ABO engagement through events, activities, and campaigns that support activation, brand loyalty, and buyer renewal.
Collaborates with Experience Managers, Specialists, bucket heads, and cross-functional teams in conceptualizing, executing, and reviewing Brand Experience programs.
