The role is in order to contribute to the growth of PepsiCo GCR by delivering design solutions that drive revenue.
Lead end-to-end brand and graphic design projects within the Food Group, driving design thinking from ideation through execution.
Develop high-quality brand design work through hands-on execution and collaboration with internal and external resources.
Articulate creative ideas through sketching and visual communication.
Execute key brand design initiatives across product portfolios, ensuring alignment with design principles and production standards through consistent planning and process management.

-Takes ownership of the visual identity for specific brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the design director, brand teams, insights teams and global design team while leading design team member.
