About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Southern Star Development Sdn Bhd as a Brand Development Manager (F&B / Retail Chain). In this full-time, office-based role located in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key strategic role in driving the growth and success of the company's food and beverage or retail chain brand portfolio.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective brand strategies to strengthen existing brand identities and drive the launch of new brands
2. Oversee brand marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
3. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activity, informing brand development decisions
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in operations, product development, and sales to ensure brand alignment
