Brand Development Manager

Brand Development Manager (ORM Focus)
to own and manage our online reputation, brand voice, and trust signals across all digital platforms.

This role is critical in shaping how our brand is perceived in the USA market by ensuring consistency, credibility, and strong narrative control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online reputation across platforms (Google Reviews, Clutch, G2, Trustpilot, Yelp)
• Develop and maintain brand messaging and tone-of-voice guidelines
• Handle crisis management and negative review responses professionally
• Monitor brand mentions and sentiment analysis
