JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in managing daily social media operations across platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Support content planning, posting, and scheduling according to content calendars
Assist in creating captions, short videos, and basic visuals for social media posts
Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement, and assist with community management
Track social media performance and help prepare basic reports
Support social media campaigns, promotions, and online activities
Stay updated on social media trends and viral content formats
Perform ad-hoc tasks related to brand departments
Learning Exposure:
Hands-on experience in social media content creation and management
Exposure to short-form video production and trend-based content
Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
Experience working with creative teams
