1.Develop category/brands strategy and plan to deliver 
-Develop clear vision for the category at local level in line with regional and global strategies
-Develop annual business plan and three year brand plan to deliver brand growth and P&L of the category.
-Lead and initiate the development and implementation of the annual business plan
-Review category performance and competitor activity and reflect adjustments to the marketing plans 
2.Lead product development and brand management 
-Lead to deliver best commercial practices for each brand in the categories regarding brand innovation, positioning, product, placement, price, copy, media, packaging and promotions
-NPD/EPD 
-Advertising/Media
-Copy development
-Promotion
