Overview

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading producer of quality baked products in the country. Our client is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, drive growth, and strengthen brand equity across its product portfolio. Office is located in Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels
• Manage product lifecycle initiatives including NPDs, renovations, and SKU optimization
• Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to ensure strong in-market execution
• Track brand performance, manage budgets, and drive ROI-focused marketing investments
• Lead and develop the brand team and manage agency partners
