Job Description

                    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior managers to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
Drive and execute strategic initiatives to grow core categories and strengthen brand equity.
Manage and evolve brand architecture across private label portfolios, ensuring consistency and clear positioning.
Develop compelling brand messaging and storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
Oversee the launch and expansion of private label brands across food and non-food categories.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and offline channels.
Utilize data and tools (Excel, Power BI) to generate insights and support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies for effective execution.
