Brand Manager

Union Steel is looking for a Brand Manager to lead our marketing and communication strategy as we continue to expand our presence in the construction and industrial sector.

Role Description:

• Develop and execute Union Steel's brand and communication strategy across all channels.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate events.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align brand goals with business objectives.
• Oversee creative direction, design, and media partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

What we're looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience in brand or marketing management (industrial or B2B experience preferred).
