Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving category growth, strengthening brand equity, and leading impactful marketing initiatives. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and plays a key part in shaping category strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic:
> Support product innovation and development within the assigned category
> Lead market research to generate meaningful consumer and customer insights
> Contribute to long- and short-term category strategy development
> Develop marketing plans that drive brand equity and profitability
Operational
> Manage assigned brands to maximize equity, sales, and profitability
