Brand Manager

I. Job Purpose
The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the growth, activation and profitability of all CASA products of the Bank by increasing account openings, balances, usage and customer engagement.
This role focuses on end-to-end growth initiatives – from branch/online account openings and acquisition programs, to balance build-up, transactional usage and retention strategies. The CASA Growth Lead works closely with sales channels, digital teams and backend units to simplify processes, improve customer experience and ensure CASA products support the Bank's funding and liquidity objectives.
II. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Growth Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase loan applications, approvals and booked loans across all retail loan products.
