Brand Manager

Position: Brand Manager Monterrey, Nuevo León We are conducting a proactive and confidential search on behalf of a global organization to identify top talent for a future Brand Manager opportunity. This role will be responsible for leading brand strategy, market positioning, and execution across key channels in a highly competitive, complex operating environment. What we are looking for: • 6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category roles • Proven track record building and executing brand strategy • Strong analytical and commercial mindset • Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and external partners) • Ability to manage full marketing mix and brand performance metrics • English proficiency required Manufacturing background required , ideally in complex industrial environments such as: • Automotive & auto parts (OEMs, Tier 1–2) • Electrical equipment, electronics, or appliances • Metal-mechanical / steel industries • Energy, power sys...
