Brand Manager

We are conducting a proactive and confidential search on behalf of a global organization to identify top talent for a future Brand Manager opportunity.

This role will be responsible for leading brand strategy, market positioning, and execution across key channels in a highly competitive, complex operating environment.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category roles
• Proven track record building and executing brand strategy
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and external partners)
• Ability to manage full marketing mix and brand performance metrics

Manufacturing background required, ideally in complex industrial environments such as:

• Automotive & auto parts (OEMs, Tier 1–2)
