Brand Manager - Pharma (Skincare)

the Brand Manager – is responsible for building & executing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans that align with integrated dermatology strategy and contribute to the overall Marketing, Sales strategy, and broader marketing mix (HCP, consumer & trade). He/she is responsible for strong and timely execution and strong partner to Marketing Manager, Sales teams and supportive functions.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the global and regional marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute on-ground activations, and other customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of activations and campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, track return ROI, and report on budget performance.
