Develop and execute integrated brand marketing plan to achieve marketing and sales targets:
Conduct brand and business analysis to define brand challenges and opportunities. Develop local brand strategy under global brand strategy and platforms. Craft aspirational brand propositions, message houses, and visual identities. Drive adaptive marketing initiatives to respond to evolving market dynamics and consumer trends, with a focus on gaining market share and achieving business targets. Create brand-building initiatives to enhance brand equity and distinguish the brand from competitors. Oversee the performance and effectiveness of brand programs, continuously improving efficiency.
