Brand Manager

From DOPP Executive Search , we are seeking a Junior Brand Manager to join the Marketing area of a company within the FMCG – Food sector.

Reporting directly to the Group Brand Manager , the main mission of the role will be to support the management, development and execution of brand strategy, contributing to sustainable business growth, strengthening brand positioning and improving profitability, while ensuring excellent execution of the defined strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management and Development: Provide direct support to the Group Brand Manager in the daily management of brands, contributing to positioning development and strategic follow‑up.
• Execution of Marketing Plans and 360° Campaigns: Develop and adapt marketing materials (packaging, POS materials, digital creatives, product sheets) and support the implementation of campaigns across TV, point of sale and digital channels.
