Brand Manager

The Role

We are hiring our first Brand Manager to own True Glue end to end. You will report directly to the founder and be responsible for growing the brand across every channel. This is a hands‑on, builder role for someone who wants to run a brand, not sit in meetings about one.

Responsibilities

• Leading packaging redesign and brand evolution in partnership with designers and suppliers
• Managing inventory planning, product ordering, and supplier relationships
• Owning customer support, brand voice in DMs, email, and reviews
• Building and executing the marketing calendar across Instagram, TikTok, email, and paid social
• Driving sell‑through with existing retail partners and identifying new retail and DTC growth opportunities
• Working with influencers, content creators, and PR to grow brand awareness
