- Build up and Implement the merchandising strategy and product line for Salomon Softgoods to meet the brand targets.
- Product brief/communicate/development tracking with global teams based on Korea needs.
- Product range plan development by channel segmentation.
- Monitor/analyze product KPI (sell-thru, turnover, PGP, SKU and etc.) and initiate business development.
- Collects and synthesizes local market trends and shares back this market knowledge to the global or regional brand organization.
- Seasonal Buying: S&OP process, OTB management.
- Product Life Cycle management for SKU/Stocks optimization. 

[자격요건]
- Bachelor degree 
- 4-5 years of Product Merchandising in Sports/Outdoor industry.
- Preferred experience in Footwear. 
- Strong understanding of Sports/Outdoor, Footwear market. 
- Solid knowledge of product (Footwear)
