On an ongoing basis, monitor and review these plans to ensure performance vs. objectives and efficient use of resources to achieve the established goals
2. Brilliantly build Special K Brand Plan of the brands managed in order to deliver the annual biz plan, in line with Global Brand Plans. Also execute the calendar of brand building activities for the brand based on the annual brand plan.
3. Work closely with Global(Area) marketing people to ensure global communications and promotions are adapted appropriately to the local market, and to plan or develop materials to support local brands, as agreed via the annual business planning & brand planning process. This will also involve close cooperation with local Nutrition for Brand Activation to ensure alignment and approval of specific brand claims & messages (in compliance with country specific legislation).
