Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing purchase orders.
• Issuing sales transaction invoices.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
• Contacting customers/clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
• Preparation of the daily sales monitoring based on processed orders daily.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma equivalent required
• Experience in sales or service industry is an advantage but not required
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; excellent communication
• CAN START ASAP
