Brand Protection Manager

+ Manages brand protection professional staff, investigations and enforcement actions in designated area.



+ Is accountable for performance of team and influences others to adopt different points of view.



+ Manage and monitor outside service providers and contractors.



+ Prepares investigative plans and reports to support enforcement and legal actions.



+ Obtains and manages evidence to support administrative, civil and criminal actions.



+ Provide affidavits, victim impact statements and testimony to support legal proceedings.



+ Assist in building and maintaining relationships with various UL business units and divisions.



+ Prepare and provide training material and presentations to a variety of audiences.



+ Build and maintain excellent partnerships with public and private sector organizations.
