Performance management : Achieve target penetration of own brand
- Establish retail sales target and strategy
- Achieve target in new and used car finance

Dealer management : Have effective relationship with relevant party like dealer, client, steakholder, HQ, MD, etc 
- Report responsible dealer’s overall status and market situation
- Facilitate the communication amongst VWFSK, brands and dealers
- Monitor market situation and report to related department for improvement

FA management : Have effective relationship with Finance Advisors
- Hire sufficient FA and manage them and boosting up

Dealer Finance : Support dealer company loan
- Dealer loans should be proceed harmoniously with no bottleneck
- Gather dealer’s information and requests to utilize the credit line given to dealers
