Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily store visits according to structured call cycles
• Build and maintain relationships with retail store owners
• Ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement
• Implement promotional activities and brand campaigns
• Capture accurate field data using mobile reporting tools
• Monitor competitor activity and report market intelligence
• Achieve volume and distribution targets consistently

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in FMCG sales or merchandising
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Familiarity with township retail environments is advantageous
