Brand & Sourcing Officer (Partnerships & Employer Branding)

The Brand & Sourcing Officer helps strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline by building meaningful partnerships and creating strong employer branding initiatives that attract the right people to the organization.

This role is responsible for expanding sourcing channels, strengthening school and community partnerships, supporting recruitment marketing efforts, and helping communicate the organization’s culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.

The ideal candidate is highly relational, creative, organized, and passionate about connecting people to meaningful opportunities.
