Job Description

The Opportunity

Findex is seeking a strategically minded and creatively driven Brand Strategist to lead the evolution of our brand across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this 12-month contract role will work closely with our GTM, Product, and Sales teams to define and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with business goals and resonates with our audiences. You’ll oversee the design team and own our brand positioning, messaging, and identity systems. While Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane is preferred, location is flexible for the right person.

  • Drive brand strategy, identity, and messaging across teams and channels
  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Translate market and customer insights into brand narratives and positioning
