We are partnering with a real estate development company that is about to launch a large-scale new project. They are looking to fully develop the brand identity for this project, and we are seeking a talented Branding Designer to lead the creative direction and execution of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a complete brand identity for a new real estate project, including logo, typography, color palette, and visual style.
Create branding guidelines and ensure consistent visual application across all materials.
Design brand assets for presentations, signage, renderings, printed materials, and digital content.
Collaborate with internal teams and directly with the client to ensure the brand aligns with the project's vision and target audience.
Present concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
