Responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods. This role ensures consistency in quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining food safety and kitchen standards.

Qualifications

• College level / Senior high
• at least 2 years experience in the field
• Knowledge of bread-making techniques and pastry preparation.
• Ability to follow recipes and adapt to production needs.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
• Physical stamina to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
