Bread Baker

We are a Local bread shop looking for an experienced Baker who can work independently. If you have a strong foundation in bread-making and a passion for baking, we welcome you to join us

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Process Operation: Responsible for the entire bread-making process from shaping to baking, ensuring a consistent daily output of around 300 loaves/pieces.
2. Quality Control: Precisely manage baking time and temperature to ensure the appearance, texture, and quality of the bread meet our standards.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels and accurately order supplies based on production needs to avoid shortages or wastage.

What We're Looking For:

• Essential Experience: At least 2 years of baking experience in Singapore, familiar with local market preferences and ingredient characteristics.
