Breakfast Chef – The Great White House Restaurant, Gansbaai, Western Cape

The Great White House, a premium seaside hospitality establishment in Gansbaai, is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to lead our breakfast kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare, cook, and present high-quality breakfast dishes including à la carte, buffet, and freshly baked items

· Manage and oversee daily breakfast buffet and breakfast service for tourism boat

· Supervise, train, and lead breakfast kitchen staff

· Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards

· Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance

· Manage mise-en-place, stock control, and minimize waste

· Work closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
