We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Breakfast Manager to join the team of our client, a beautiful 4-star property in County Kildare.

The main purpose of this role will be to oversee the smooth operation of the busy breakfast shift and then prepare and set up and for meeting and events that will occur that morning and early lunch time as well as Afternoon Tea

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Manager/Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star property and take pride in delivering high quality service to guests. You must have excellent team leadership, motivation, communication and organisational skills.

Main Duties Include:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the busy breakfast service
  • Ensuring the F&B team consistently deliver high quality standards of guest service
